2. Exit at FOLLONICA EST, continuing towards Follonica and then to PUNTA ALA/CASTIGLIONE DELLA PESCAIA, until you arrive (about 5 km after Follonica) at PUNTONE.

3. When you reach on the right-hand side Ristorante/Pizzeria LE COSTIERE, turn immediately afterwards right and follow always straight on, until you reach (on your right) the Hotel Parco delle Cale/Ristorante da Vittorio. At this point you have to turn left into "Via dei Cipressi" and in the third building on the right-hand side, you will find the building of the "Rosso" Apartments. To reach the "Azzurro"-Apartments, continue in Via dei Cipressi, that at a certain point goes up a hill until reaching Via Belvedere No. 13-15 on the left-hand side. You can leave your car in front of the house (parking lots).

From Rome
1. Take the motorway towards CIVITAVECCHIA, which is also the end of the autostrada. From there you'll automatically come onto the highway SS1 also called Aurelia, towards GROSSETO/LIVORNO.

2. After GROSSETO, continue for 40 km on the SS1 (towards Livorno) until the exit FOLLONICA EST, continuing towards Follonica and then to PUNTA ALA/CASTIGLIONE DELLA PESCAIA, until you arrive (about 5 km after Follonica) at PUNTONE.
