ROSSO Apartments
Appartamenti Portiglioni has three apartments, named "Rosso", all furnished, in a sober style, ideal for a holiday on the sea or to discover the marvellous, still unknown places in Tuscany.

Every apartment is equipped with Air Condition and has a size of approximately 65 sq.m. and is composed of:

One of the apartments is situated on the first floor and therefore has a balcony with table and chairs for outside eating. Also the apartment of the first floor can use all the garden facilities (barbecue, deck chairs etc.).
The other two apartments are situated on the ground floor and they have a spacious terrace, also with table and chairs for outside dining.
At the guest's disposal there are two barbecues, table, chairs, deck-chairs and sun umbrella within the garden. Furthermore there is a laundry with washing-machine, iron and ironing board.

 

AZZURRO Apartments
The other four apartments called "Azzurro" are situated within a small villa, only 250 m from the "Rosso"-apartments away, with sea-view over the yacht harbour and the Gulf of Follonica.
All the apartments have been equally furnished in a sober style and are equipped with Air Condition.

Every apartment is of approximately 65 sq.m. size and composed of:

Two apartments (No. 3 and 4) are situated on the upper floor and have therefore a balcony with sea-view until reaching the Island of Elba, equipped with table and chairs for outside eating. The other two apartments (No. 1 and 2) are situated on the ground floor and have therefore a terrace, also with sea-view and equipped with table and chairs for outside eating, from where one has direct access in the garden.
Also the terraces offer a marvellous view over the coast. In the garden there are barbecues, one for common use (Azzurro 1 and 3), whereas Azzurro 2 and 4 have their own barbecue. Furthermore, there are sun beds, tables, chairs and parasols. Every apartment has a washing machine in the bathroom.
